Maine seems to collect people with interesting lives. Greg is one of them. One of his ancestors came over on the Mayflower, others fought in the Revolutionary War, and most have been dairy farming in Pennsylvania for more than 200 years. He’s worked in spacecraft operations, in satellite control, and then in information technology. In 1985 he moved in Lincolnville, but his work took him to Brunswick and Winter Harbor. Neighbors may recognize him as part of Lincolnville’s cable TV installation in the early 1990s. His move into real estate allows him to settle into his community, connect with people, and use those IT skills. “My strong point is knowing how to plug in the parameters to search for homes. If people are serious, and they need to find a home, I can find it. And I work statewide.” Greg’s listing clients benefit from what he’s learned from buyers. “Your house has to be ready to show. Some buyers are in town for just a day. I’m available 24/7 to show them houses, so if you’re serious about selling, you need to be available too.” In his free time, Greg collects vintage electronics. He’s a ham radio operator, an avid gardener and enjoys day trips around New England and the Maritimes.
They say there’s no place like home. And that’s why Maine has been my home for over 30 years. I’ve been fortunate enough to live and adventure in a number of places around the world and Maine continues to impress me with what it has to offer. I grew up in southern Maine and now reside in the MidCoast region. I worked at a consulting engineering firm in Belfast after graduating from UMaine. When the firm moved, I stayed, working as a carpenter to support my family. I returned to UMaine to attend grad school, focusing on high school math and science education, before returning to the area. In my spare time, I like being outdoors: hunting, fishing, gardening, hiking, camping, sailing. As my kids have gotten older, I’ve really enjoyed helping coach their sports teams.
As a REALTOR®, I’ll leverage my diverse skill set to help you achieve your real estate goals. Buying or selling a home is a significant and personal experience. My promise to you is that I’ll utilize all the tools available to ensure every transaction is executed with precision and care. I look forward to working with you.
